Lina and her assistant were very kind and friendly, they made me feel totally at ease. Very professional and she explained everything as she went along. Lina is definitely an asset to the Trust and should be given the recognition she deserves. Thank you to everyone I came into contact with today, from the moment I saw the receptionist to when I had the test, everyone was lovely.
